A33 Review of changes in FT19.  Big change is removal of specific attribute name.

General Question from Jim do we need a summary answer?  FT19 doesn't.

  Typo in example K
  Discussion on it.  Need to add example of A+(3=>cout, 2 downto 0=>sum)
    and A+(3=>cout, 2 downto 0 => '0')

  Chuck thinks that there is some other non-ambigious cases that requires addition
  context to disambigate. action item A34.

FT11 mail review
  Option 1 is FT 11 proposal
  Option 2 is John's e-mail
  Option 3 is aggregates that are not globally static always get a delta.

FT7 - Peter isn't finish, no due date given.


FT32 needs a new owner.
  Needs to be done for fasttrack because of FT7 needs names VHPI is added their own view of names,
  PSL has names.  We could end up with multiple pathname convension which could be bad.
  Possible people are Eric Marshner and Jon Shields.

Remove Peter from action items, move to Jim Lewis.
