Proof on single selection A13 done.
Definition of ?= for std_ulogic has been updated
to reflect stength reduction. A21 done.  FT24 is now
done.

FT20 action items for FT20 A1, A19, and A2 are not done.

A12 update FT19 has been posted.
Comments on
FT19 should the 3 attribute specified be part of this standard or
part of 1076.6? Yes, John to remove the specific attributes.
No problem using longest static prefix for sensitivity list.
Left hand indices and range should be in sensitivity list.
Subprogram reading of signals and how that this is describe.  Package
subprogram must be done as part of the elaboration. Currently
pure functions and subprograms with wait statements called processes
with sensitivity process have something like this but is an error
condition. Nothing to do specifically in proposal. 
Need to remove redundancy from sensitivity list.  Base it on 
set of names.
