John Shields: What is the time frame that we are looking at for fast track?
Blocking issue is funding to do the LCS and LRM editing.
Discussion of funding and what needs to be done.
Guestimate of 3 to 4 months to finish LCSs.

FT01 no impact VHPI
FT02 no impact
FT03 no impact
FT04 no impact
FT05 possible impact if we want to allow VHPI to handle
  string values in get and put values. Especially if
  we have implicit functions for this.
FT07 Under development impact not known.
FT08 no impact
FT09 no impact
FT10A requires new expression type. Similar to
  the if statement but an expression.
FT10B Information model 
  Question are we doing the variable selected and conditions assignments,
  FT10B doesn't explicitly say yes, it does show how it could be done.
  Conclusion is yes we are supporting.

FT11 - changes in association lists and connectivity models.
  Issue here is the implicit signal for the signal expression and
  how that is handle, possible that expression need to be loads.

FT12 - will effect get value semantics, some documentation changes.
FT13 - no impacted doesn't require 
FT14 - Has impact changes how type hierarchy is represented to allow
       how constraints are provide at levels of the hierarchy.
       Could just be documentation.
FT15 - Discussion on its impact because of syntax to FT14. Conclusion
       is to do FT14 without regard to FT15.
FT16 - Requires new design units and relationships. Just for uninstantiated
       model.  In elaborated view its just handle be relations.
FT18 - Declares new implicit operators that are implicitly used.
       Do we make it explicit in the  uninstantiated model, but does 
       need to appear in the instantiated model.
       
FT19 - Sensitivity list needs to change. When/if we provide the
       actual signals in the list.

FT20 - The information could handle this as is but requires the user to
       determine how choices in the range are handled. For example
       repeat the value or select the matching array element. 
      Recommendation to add Boolean property to associate to distinguish
      the cases.
FT21 - No impact
FT22 - No change
FT23 - No impact
FT24 - New statements to do, new operator ( implicit function)
FT25 - No impact
FT26 - No impact
FT27 - Minor change to allow design entity not to have an architecture.
FT28 - No impact
FT29 - Plan not to do but use FT16 instead but decision not documented.

PSL - Francis had presented proposal, Steve appears not to have forward.

TBV2 - Missed discussion
IP-Protection Issue here is to how is provided/not provide information
  that is encrypted.

Pathnames,  Issue should implicit names of VHPI be the values of
the 'pathname attribute. Where is this in fast track? Fast track
is looking at it. Will make a new FT 'pathname and 'instancename
complete and unambiguous.

ISAC 2042      Should impact but need to do analysis
ISAC 2051/2052 Should be handled with pathname

ISAC 2028 Signal ordering of evaluation.
  VHPI did some updating of cycle but more are needed for 2028.
