Dave brough up the Synopsys has a package numeric_unsigned also.
Dave suggested that we rename ours to numeric_std_unsigned.

A1R  Review of FT20,
  Example 2 of v2 := ... doesn't reverse bits.  Text needs to be updated.
  Show result of example 5.

  Enhancement proposal is concat, alternative proposal.   Need to
  modify proposal to mark that we have changed. Action item A19.

  Peter described.  Some discussion on the should of flush order.

A13R Review of FT24
  Proof added and new true.  Make '-' match everything, action item A20
  With FT18 should we be makeing ?= return std_logic. Peter, add
  CASE? to the contexts of FT18, if ?= doesn't return BOOLEAN,
  then use ?? operator to the result. Discussion on implicit vs explicit.
  Need of implicit is because we need the operator for all vectors
  of std_logic/std_ulogic not just those definited in std_logic_1164.
  If we use ?? operator only if we require it to be ?? in ieee.std_logic_1164.
  or from std.standard. or require that we pick the ?? in ieee.std_logic_1164.
  Consensus:

  Add definition for boolean. Don't care with anything is TRUE. New date
  and update stuff. - matches all, U produce U, X produce X.

Run through other pending items.
