Subject: VASG Meeting with HDLCon 2002

All,
We are working this plan out in advance and I'd like your input as to when
the VASG should meet during the HDLCon period. Our choices (dependent upon
availability of facilities) are:
1. In the evening on a day of the HDLCon.
2. During the day concurrent with HDLCon.
3. After HDLCon completes (note that SNUG follows HDLCon that week).
HDLCon is scheduled for Mar 11 & 12 in San Jose, CA (not Costa Rica).
SNUG is scheduled for Mar 13-15 (also in San Jose). Note, I'm not
mentioning SNUG because of potential personal conflicts, but there are
probably some people who will attend both HDLCon and SNUG.
