It occurs to me that the following might work to satisfy both
Bhasker's concern and RevCom:
* Rename Appendix D to "Recent Changes to This Document"
* Ensure that the introduction to Appendix D makes it clear that the
present document is based on 1076a-2000
* Add a subsection to Appendix D called "Changes from 1076-1993 to 1076a-2000"
* Put the present contents of Appendix D in a subsection called
"Changes from 1076a-2000"
Of course, now that we've published /D3, we'd have to call this
/D4....
Please advise.
