Anyone who is interested may download them and review. The changes
incorporate the editorial changes from ballot comments and do not materially
change the balloted version of the LRM.
We will be discussing this new version at the VASG meeting Monday in Munich.
If you are not attending and have comments on the udpate, please email them
to me by 15 March. Barring any problems, this version will be submitted to
RevCom for final IEEE approval.
